UPRIS MonitorMyDiet System is an internet based health and weight management application which employees can access anytime from home or office. With a click of a mouse, AMEC Members can access Register Dietitian designed meal plans, grocery lists, set and track weight goals and assess health risks. UPRIS MonitorMyDiet system has been developed for organizations of all sizes looking for a tool that will enhance wellness programs already in place, or contribute to the offerings of a new wellness program.

The application’s interface and functionality have been developed using the same ones used in all of UPRIS Health Tracking tools.  To use this great service, YOU MUST BE A REGISTERED AUTHORIZED USER OF AMECHealth.org.

Reports

PDF Meal Planner - provides basic meals, foods in meals, protein, carbs, fat values and daily totals.
PDF Grocery List - provides a listing of the required foods needed to follow a meal plan.
PDF Nutrient Summary - provides a comparison of actual nutrient values against goals for one date or a range of dates (averages).
PDF BMI - displays a health risk assessment based on a body mass index
PDF Goals and Tracking - tracks changes in body weight and body fat over time in relation to weight goals
